Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy defines the refund conditions for paid services of the MATE Marriage Readiness Test (hereinafter "Service"). All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (hereinafter "Paddle").

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Single Analysis

2.3 Monthly Subscription

3. Content Viewing Criteria

  • "Content viewing" refers to the moment when premium content (additional strengths, watch-out points, conversation questions, personalized advice) is received from the server upon accessing the premium analysis page
  • Content viewing status is determined based on server records (first_viewed_at)
  • Viewing free content (basic results, 1 strength) does not affect refund eligibility

4. Exceptional Full Refunds

Full refunds are provided regardless of content viewing status in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to payment system errors
  • Service outages preventing normal access to premium content
  • Refunds due to service termination

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Email Request

Send a request to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Paddle transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
  • Product type purchased (Single / Couple / Subscription)
  • Reason for refund

5.2 Processing Steps

  1. Refund request received (reviewed within 1-3 business days)
  2. Content viewing status verified (based on server records)
  3. If refund conditions are met, refund processed through Paddle
  4. Email notification upon refund completion

5.3 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.

6. Difference Between Cancellation and Refund
